Submit an email request with "order status" in the subject line to: customerservice@jpabranded.com Make sure to include your contact information the name associated with the order, shipping address, date of purchase, and transaction ID # in the request.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders will be processed within four (4) business days following verification of payment. Once verified and processed, orders will be shipped via standard delivery typically arriving within four (4) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Please allow up to 14 business days for pre or post season products, backorders, and/or notification of out-of-stock items. Products ordered during seasonal or high volume periods may take longer to process and ship.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted when the order is placed. Please check your order prior to submitting to confirm that the shipping address is correct.
Please contact our customer service department if your order has not been received within 3 weeks from the date payment is verified. For a prompt reply, please provide name of online store where order was submitted, your Transaction ID/Order Number, date of purchase, email address associated with order and contact phone number and name of person who placed order.
RETURNS:
Products, other than custom orders or discontinued items, may be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date after receiving approval from customer service. A 10% restocking fee will apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on returned items. All returns must include a copy of the packing slip, or the receipt or the Transaction ID and customer information written on a piece of paper, inside the return package. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by paypal, a credit will be issued and will appear on your paypal account.
All decals sales and custom order sales are final.
Delivery dates can be requested but are not guaranteed and are subject to seasonal high volume requests and USPS, UPS and suppliers limitations. Insurance against " loss during shipping" will be required for all custom orders over $100 and will be included in the quote.*
